The Aurora™ X1 is Canto USA’s modular LED followspot designed for large theaters, arenas, stadiums, & other demanding performance venues. In this video, we walk through the components included with the Aurora™ X1 & demonstrate how to assemble the followspot for use.
This video covers the main steps involved in preparing the Aurora™ X1, including checking the shipment, positioning the tripod, attaching the yoke & base body, installing the LED engine, mounting the gel changer, & connecting the appropriate lens tube. Because the Aurora™ X1 is available in short, medium, & long-throw configurations, always follow the instructions provided for your specific model.

Before assembling or servicing the fixture, make sure the unit is disconnected from power & follow all safety instructions included in the Aurora™ X1 operating manual. Some assembly steps may require more than one person because of the size & weight of individual components.
