The RETRO-Passive®
The RETRO-Passive® is our most silent option in our RETRO series. It is a 0-100% phase dimmable (forward and reverse) variable wattage LED 2700K-5000K 80-97 CRI engine. They are designed for older SCR, TRIAC, and IGBT dimmers systems but are compatible with newer dimmer systems. A direct replacement of existing lamps, this fanless LED retrofit can be used in a wide range of applications or even new installations.
They are offered in E26, E39, PAR56, and PAR64 bases, as well as custom sizes, mounts, and applications. When absolute silence is a must, RETRO-Passive® is perfect for you.

The RETRO-Passive® is a CSA listed, Energy Star 2.0 retrofit kit that rapidly transforms existing inefficient incandescent fixtures into energy efficient LED fixtures. Our patented technology allows the fixture to smoothly dim from 0-100% utilizing existing dimming technology. Retrofit kits are available with a variety of options for both recessed and pendant style fixtures. Installation is as easy as changing a light bulb. Our LED technology creates even fields and delivers consistent color. The RETRO-Passive® 700 delivers more light than most 700 watt incandescent bulbs it replaces with only a 72 watt load.
